At Via 32, we strive to uphold a standard of excellence
which goes beyond our facility. We want to be an
integral part of how people enjoy their lives, and good
food is at the center of it.
We believe many customers are experiencing distrust
in “Big Food”. They want to know who makes their
food products and appreciate local, artisan, and
carbon footprint conscious companies.
Our products are made with the highest quality
Canadian Organic flour available, using Canadian
Spring Water and Sicilian Sea Salt. Our own 10-year old
mother yeast started with local bee honey, which adds to
the taste and bouquet of our baked products. A
balance of little yeast, long fermentation, and
extended baking time, allows for an exceptional taste
profile and longevity that is unmatched.
Via 32 was started by John Gallo, a first generation
Italian Canadian. He studied under master bakers throughout Italy.
His love for fine foods and tradition lead him to start
Via 32 with the desire to bring back classic recipes
where the highest quality ingredients, patience and
passion are at the core of all products.
